Low Crime doesnt Mean No Crime

well as a reporter, i have to take action too to prevent all this mess. from what we know, crimes are everywhere so all we have to do is help one another from getting into this mess. influence them into something good and always discourage them from getting involved into crime. LOW CRIME DOESNT MEAN NO CRIME.
